Prior to teaching the Alexander Technique, Diana worked in publishing in Edinburgh with a focus on Celtic art.

She went on to work for the

Oxford University  Press before moving to the Far East to work for the British Council.

On her return she worked as a English teacher in schools in the south east before she began to study the Alexander Technique 25 years ago.

She trained with John and Carolyn Nicholls on a three year full time course at the Alexander Technique College in Brighton, where she became a member of staff and taught for several years.

Diana now has her own private practice in Forest Row, East Sussex where she works with students from diverse backgrounds including office workers, mothers, musicians, therapists and those living with long-term conditions.

Diana is a full member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique, the oldest and largest professional organisation devoted to the Alexander Technique
